Newcastle Sets Date to Release 4th Quarter and 2010 Financial Results

Newcastle Investment Corp. announced that it will release itsfourth quarter and full year financial results for the period endedDecember 31, 2010, on March 1, before the market opens.

In a release on Feb. 15, the company said that, in addition,management will host a conference call on Tuesday, March 1, at 11A.M. Eastern Time. A copy of the earnings release will be posted tothe Investor Relations section of Newcastle's website,www.newcastleinv.com.
